Collin Rugaba – Managing Director
Collin is an accomplished business executive and a lawyer with 15 years’ experience in managing projects in various sectors spanning from trade, real estate, healthcare, knowledge management, and transport. He is a dynamic, versatile, results-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced and challenging environments. Collin is passionate about talent management and using technology to maximise efficiency. He is an excellent motivator and leader with a proven track record of building high performing cohesive teams.
Johan Vorster – Project Director
Johan holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pretoria. He has 32 years’ experience in the industrial engineering and information technology industry and has been in charge of several large-scale complex projects. Amongst others, he was Project Director for the South African Driving Licence Card project for a period of 17 years for the production of 30 million cards. He was Project Director of the National Traffic Information System Project, designing, building, deploying and supporting the full system in more than 1,300 sites.
Werner Koekemoer – Technical Director
Werner was responsible for the computerisation of the National Taxi Permit System at the Department of Transport in South Africa. He was appointed Project Manager of the Driving Licence Project overseeing the deployment of the driving licence system. He was also responsible for the introduction of biometric-capturing technology. He was Project Manager for the conversion of the legacy motor vehicle licensing and registration system to the state-of-the-art National Traffic Information System (eNaTIS). He was Chairman of the SABS standards committee that developed the international (ISO) driving licence standard.
