The Ministry of Works and Transport is mandated to oversee the function of Motor Vehicle Registration and Inspection, ensuring complete road traffic management while strengthening accountability for quality, efficient and effective registration, and licensing of road traffic assets in the country.

To fulfil this mandate, the Ministry of Works and Transport contracted TisCon Consultancy, an experienced and dynamic pan-African business management and information technology solutions provider, to provide consultancy services for the functional design and supervision of the Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) Project.

As such, we are seeking to fill the positions below with qualified candidates to support the delivery of the Motor Vehicle Registration Project

  1. IT Officer: 1 Position

Job Purpose: To support the development, implementation, maintenance and support of all IT systems and infrastructure in the delivery of motor vehicle registration services to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of MVR Section operations.

  1. Process Officer: 11 Positions

Job Purpose: Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of motor vehicle transactions including inputting, organising, and cataloguing motor vehicle data, as well as performing quality control checks, and processing applicant data.
